Most of our ready stocks are air-shipped and sourced internationally. They arrive at us sooner and extend to location-exclusive versions that are not commonly seen in North America. Note that once a collectible is released, its price may fluctuate due to availability and market condition. Especially for figures that are prizes from claw machines, typically not for sale in Japan, prices may change when restocked. If availability and cost are your concerns, we advise pre-ordering early. For both released and unreleased items, feel free to get a quote by sending us product titles/photos.
All collectibles are produced at limited quantities. Pre-order period usually begins 0.5-1 year prior to an item's actual release. We place pre-orders with reliable distributors to ensure product availability. Pre-ordering helps secure an item at a pre-market price. Please note that International release time is usually 1-3 months behind Japan release time since most of them are sea-shipped. If arrival time is of concern to you, please purchase air-shipped ready stocks/contact us directly to arrange for a pre-order to be air-shipped/request a custom order after an item is released.

We treat every collectible with care and pack with additional wrapping and protection. Yet, we cannot guarantee every item arrive at us in mint condition, please consider the chance of minor box dent or wear during overseas transit before placing an order. If the condition of the box is a concern to you, please contact us directly to request special arrangement.
Standard shipping options do not include shipping insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance to cover potential loss or damage occurred during transit handled by shipping couriers, please contact us directly before we send the shipment.
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. They are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.
The importance of pre-ordering:
- All collectibles are produced at limited quantities and may become hard-to-find once released. By pre-ordering, we can secure an item at a pre-market price.

Shipping costs:
- For pre-order items, customers are responsible for the shipping fees from our location to yours.
- Since pre-order items are unreleased items, the actual packaging size/dimensional weight of the product remains unknown until we receive the item. Shipping fees will be calculated and invoiced according to the measurement of the final shipment.
- Unlike ready in-store stocks, pre-order items are not eligible for flat-rate/free shipping.
- Pre-ordered items will only be shipped to you after the shipping fee invoice is paid. We reserve the right to cancel the order with no refund if shipping fee has not been paid 3 months after the initial arrival notification.
- The listed retail price in CAD has already counted estimated international shipping costs and import-related fees in; only if items unexpectedly large in size (dimensional weight) may extra international shipping cost be billed [which rarely happens].
