*Due to the unique nature of collectibles, all sales are final for both in-store and pre-order items; no return, exchange, or refund.*
*Please note that collectibles that are non-scale and/or non-high-end figures undergo less rigorous QC by default during the manufacturing process. Imperfect paint jobs and edge cuts are common in the collectible industry, especially among capsule toys, candy toys and prize figures. We are not responsible for manufacture defects and/or mass production inconsistency.*
*If you are worried about manufacture defects and errors such as missing and broken parts, please contact and authorise us to unbox and inspect the item before sending it to you. Please understand that once the goods leave our hands, responsibilities are hard to define and only the manufacturer may provide after-sales service.*
