*Prices do not include tax. Only GST/HST will be collected depending on your location. For orders shipped outside Canada, custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.*

*Please note that pre-order items and ready in-store stock have different shipping policy.*

*Please allow us 1-3 business days to prepare your order. (In-store pick up: wait for ready notification) (Shipping: we do not ship on Tuesdays and Weekends) (Urgent order: contact us directly)*

*Due to the unique nature of collectibles, all sales are final for both in-store and pre-order items; no return, exchange, or refund.*

*Since we mainly operate offline, online inventory may not be 100% accurate. You are welcome to message us directly on Instagram for instant assistance and faster response.*

*Please note that collectibles that are non-scale and/or non-high-end figures undergo less rigorous QC by default during the manufacturing process. Imperfect paint jobs and edge cuts are common in the collectible industry, especially among capsule toys, candy toys and prize figures. We are not responsible for manufacture defects and/or mass production inconsistency.*

*If you are worried about manufacture defects and errors such as missing and broken parts, please contact and authorise us to unbox and inspect the item before sending it to you. Please understand that once the goods leave our hands, responsibilities are hard to define and only the manufacturer may provide after-sales service.*

*Due to product scarcity, we may deliver Japanese and international versions of the same official licensed product on a random basis depending on availability. If you are looking to purchase a specific geographical version, prearrangement is required.*

*We are using the safest shipping and most secured packing methods to reduce the chance of box damage but are unable to guarantee every item arrives at a perfect and mint condition. If box condition is your concern, please contact us directly for assistance*

*While we constantly work on restocking wanted and requested items, prices do fluctuate due to changes in currency exchange rate, shipping rates and product availability.*

Shipping costs:
- For pre-order items, customers are responsible for the shipping fees from our location to yours.
- Since pre-order items are unreleased items, the actual packaging size/dimensional weight of the product remains unknown until we receive the item. Shipping fees will be calculated and invoiced according to the measurement of the final shipment.
- Unlike ready in-store stocks, pre-order items are not eligible for flat-rate/free shipping.- Pre-ordered items will only be shipped to you after the shipping fee invoice is paid. We reserve the right to cancel the order with no refund if shipping fee has not been paid 3 months after the initial arrival notification.
- The listed retail price in CAD has already counted estimated international shipping costs and import-related fees in; only if items unexpectedly large in size (dimensional weight) may extra international shipping cost be billed [which rarely happens].

Estimated Release dates:
- are listed at the end of product description;
- are subject to change by the manufacturers and distributors without notice;
- may be delayed due to production, distribution and logistic issues.
- some pre-order items are distributed via sea-shipping
- please be patient with pre-orders; if arrival time is of concern to you, please consider air-shipped ready stocks instead/contact us directly to arrange for a pre-order to be air-shipped/request a custom order after an item is released.  

Early-bird deadlines:
- are listed at the end of product description;
- while we accept pre-orders past deadlines, early-bird price and availability may not be guaranteed;
- please contact us as directly, we will try our best to arrange.

Unfulfilled pre-orders:
- We treat every pre-order as a promise to deliver.
- In rare cases that pre-orders are cancelled by the supplier(s), we will immediately work on hunting a ready stock for you with our back up supply sources within a reasonable time window.
- If the item is still unavailable in the end, we can only regretfully cancel a pre-order with full refund.
